Clemente Community Challenge

Bringing together likeminded organizations

In honor of Roberto Clemente, students will be challenged to make a positive impact on their own community and submit videos of their projects. The challenge is a collaboration between the Roberto Clemente Foundation and the Latino Film Institute brought together through Hello Good club member Carson Ingle.

While Roberto Clemente Foundation was founded in honor of the first Latin American and Caribbean Hall of Fame baseball player, the Latino Film Intitute was founded by the first Mexican-American person to ever be nominated for an Oscar, Edward James Olmos. Both foundations work within schools in underserved communities.
